Car Breaking and Recycling in Liverpool

Vehicles that have reached the end of their usable life are handled in accordance with the rules for end-of-life vehicles, with materials recycled or recovered wherever possible.
If your vehicle is being scrapped as an end-of-life vehicle, it must be handled through an Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF). Where a Certificate of Destruction is required, it is issued through the ATF as confirmation that the vehicle has been destroyed and recorded appropriately.
