Parts can fail. Even brand‑new parts can fail. That’s reality. What matters is how the person on the other end responds when things go wrong. Shaun answered every call, whether it was during the day, late in the evening, weekends, holidays, it didn’t matter. He showed up in person when needed. Anything that was in his hands was sorted quickly, usually within days, and he even helped with things that weren’t technically his responsibility just to get me back on the road.

We had moments of agreement and disagreement, because seven months of car problems will test anyone. But he always listened. He always communicated. He always tried to find a solution. And that’s rare.

Before judging any business, remember that buying second‑hand parts comes with risk. Problems can happen. The difference is whether the person you bought from stands by you or disappears. Shaun stood by me. My last meeting with him didn’t feel like a business transaction, it felt like two people who went through a lot and came out with mutual respect.
